Vendor Rules
1. Vendor Fees are $15.00 for a 10’ X 10’ space
(make checks payable to El Dorado County Fair Association.
2. All trash & unsold items must be taken with you upon leaving.
3. No food may be sold without a current El Dorado County Health Department Permit.
4. Each vendor is responsible for contacting the State Board of Equalization for Sales and Use Tax Information and Permits.
5. Each vendor is responsible for payment of any and all taxes required.
6. Illegal items are not permitted (i.e. fireworks, guns etc.)
7. Children must be supervised.
8. Bicycles, roller blades, skates, scooters, and skateboards are prohibited anywhere on the grounds.
9. Weapons are prohibited on the grounds.
10. Speed limit on the Fairgrounds is 10 MPH
11. Lost and found items should be turned in to the Fair Office during regular business hours (Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm).
12. Association is not responsible for theft or damage incurred to vehicles parked on the Fairgrounds.
13. All animal(s) are not permitted to roam freely.
- They must be either penned or on a leash at all times.
- Persons having animal(s) on the grounds must use every care to assure the safety of all
- visitors on the Fairgrounds.Anyone in violation of this policy will be asked to remove the animal(s) from the grounds.
- All sanitary needs for permitted animal(s) will be the sole responsibility of the Renter.
- Sanitary needs for guide, signal or service dogs will also be the patron’s responsibility.
16. Charcoal BBQs are not permitted.
17. You will be charged for any hazardous clean-up and/or gas leakage, etc.
